Welcome to the Policyholder Preservation Association of America's website, where we are excited to announce that the Path to Indemnity Conference is back in 2024. Led by Shaun Hodge, Cal Spoon, and Melanie Spoon, our mission to fight for policyholder rights continues.

 

Unfortunately, the insurance claim landscape remains heavily skewed in favor of carriers, leaving policyholders at a disadvantage. But, thanks to the tireless efforts of Cal, Shaun, Melanie, and other advocates, educational resources for policyholder advocates are now more accessible than ever before.
